This is me and New Vegas.I am sorry for not uploading any new art, but here's some photography till I get my PC up and running again. I'm almost done with the first part of my exams....
The picture was taken by awesome in Zagreb and edited by me.

I miss owning a horse so much it's unbelievable

I was kind of pushed into the whole thing by my father. I am not a horse fan, nor I enjoyed taking care of my horses. I'm a city girl.
But New Vegas has kind of grown on me. And it's the only horse I actually take pictures of.

They're pretty rare here, I couldn't get one even if I wanted. No one rides western here.
(And this picture is actually a lie because I don't really ride western style either, I've ridden English my whole life xD and I bought the saddle just to be more comfortable when I leave the hippodrome and go trekking).

Yes, well- it's the same situation here. People looked at me like I was mad when I started with western. For now I only had few weeks of real training, so I'm quite a noob and New Vegas is even a bigger noob than I am.
I cant help myself but post while trotting, even while in a western saddle, so I guess I ride some kind of hybrid style lol

But this "relaxed" style is much better when you're in the saddle for several hours straight. Believe me, my legs and ass thank me every time after a trek. I can't jump with it for shit, though xD
(To be honest, I have a thing for old western equipment, so that was more of a reason to try. This saddle is 25 years old and it's from the same workshop Reagan used to get his saddles. I'm a nut, but what the hell- I rarely buy anything but games anyway xD)

Haha I would love to have a go at it, apparently it's super comfortable and stuff XD But alas. For a start I don't have a horse anymore, second the only place I can attempt Western would be at the barn near my Grandparents and I don't fancy travelling all the way to Portugal for a ride XD It's a shame none of the riding schools here offer Western lessons, it'd be so cool if they did ):
I've still got my horses English saddle
I can't part with it
If I ever get a new horse I might consider trying Western, if I can find or rent a saddle anyway

Oh, sure :3 His real colour is much more vivid, golden even.

(His back is dirty on the second one because of the saddle blanket) The most amazing thing about New Vegas is that he actually changes his colour! His winter hair was much much grayer, in a less saturated shade than he is now. I don't really know how he does that, but when he lost his thick winter fur- he gained this colourful golden shade of buckskin.

Does he have any facial markings? And the dappling I've never done that before. Now I got to find the right body. I forgot what breed is he again?

He has no facial markings and that weird dappling can't usually be seen at all. Only if the sun hits it in the right way while he's sweaty
He's a hungarian warmblood.

I blame myself, still learning this DA stuff lol. And I haven't been getting a lot of notifications either actually. I happened to go on a picture last night and seen someone had posted on it to me.
And okies. I'm so going to have to learn how to do dappling. I'd love to spend a a few days with the woman who did Polar Temptress and is doing Grand Vengance for me. I might ask if she can toss a few dapples on Vengance.

Yeah, I'm 180 cm tall (5'11") - and look how small I seem compared to him xD
He's actually taller than me (measured at his withers!).

Btw, yesterday I saw an Arabian mare and I immediately thought of you, Ellie. I think it looked like a fine horse for a smuggler like you. Light and fast. In the opposition to my slower (but enduring and full of stamina) goldie here.
