Alternate title: Tehu TehuContest entry for #Fighting-Games-Elite 's Color That Fighter Contest. I chose Dead or Alive's Ayane. I think this is the best thing that I had colored, ever.
Colored in GIMP. Approx. 8 hours.

I remember playing DOA 2 on the Dream Cast, even though it was a demo and loved it but it wasn't to recently that I became a fan of DOA again (since they didn't make any of the games for Nintendo). Yep. I use her a lot in DOA Dimensions especially internet fights. Plus Wendy Lee voicing her is awesome! I do wish their was a Streetfigher x DOA game. Actually, I am thinking about writing one.

Nice, seems no matter if you win the 3months DA account or not, you already won experience and a lot feedback trough the contest. Btw the linearts in the test your might folder on fge can always be used by others so if you need coloring exercising you can always use them and upload the colored version on fge to the "flawless victory" folder

really like the colour choice an technique in general...
i think a transparent tone in the eyes can highlight the face a little more...
and a brighter sword!

Exactly so, I really like the different tones and the shadowing on the corset. You did an extremely good job coloring the clothes in general, but I think the corset kind of steals the show when it comes to the lighting and the tones of colors.
