Description
I decide to make a new ref sheet for Binni because it was outdated and old. Thanks to my friend for giving me tips and inspiration, and was there for me when my original bio I wrote was deleted and all gone. TuT So, hope you guys like it! Also this took a while to rewrite and since in some parts I was in a rush it might sound off.

Full Name: Binni Jojo Utonium
Name Origin: She was created and found near the trash bins, thus why her name Binni came to be.

Nicknames:

Personality:

When first glance, she seems shy and timid, however, if you get to know her well later on, she'll reveal her cheerful, enthusiastic, and outgoing side. Since she is a child, she'll show traits of of innocence and as well can be naïve. She's always looking forward to explore everything and everywhere around her, making very curious at times. She is kind, friendly, and caring towards her friends and family, she sometimes is shy towards strangers, but if she gets to know you a bit she'll open up more. Whenever she is active, she is known to be energetic, and playful, and would always love to play with every chance she gets.

Powers:

General Powers: Since she was made from some of the same ingredients as her older siblings, including Chemical X she would have the same powers as PPG and RRB. However due to her circumstances where she gained new powers and have more special powers, some of her general powers will get removed or redacted in order to keep the power handling balance so body can handle her powers without the other ones overriding it. For example she cannot do laser eyes since it has been replaced by one of her special powers.

Special Powers: Usually, a puff or ruff has like 1 or 2 special powers for Binni she has 5 or more, which included the Spiritual Powers she gained from when she has died. However that doesn't mean she has a huge advantage. Because of power imbalance, she must sacrifice some of the general powers which she has. And maybe even more than one general powers depending just how much energy needs. Usually, the powers she withhold drains her energy, which is why some must be replace in order to keep her stable. Some of the special powers she has are Teleportation, Healing, Telekinesis, Charm, and Mimicry.

Spiritual Powers: Spiritual Powers are basically the powers you receive after you are dead and ascended as an angel. A grim reaper/angel have to give the following both wings and halo. It varies of each different soul. You either get one or 2 after being dead. However, for Binni's case, since she was revived in the while in the middle of ascending so when she was revived, it took the power with her. Replacing a couple more powers that she generally have. Her new power is basically portaling. Which means she can travel through different dimensions. However, it is only limited to the ones close to her. Another one are her wings. It's not really a power but it's a trait she needs to have if she wants to fly. She cannot fly without her wings as her ability of flight was stripped away.

Weaknesses:

Personality: She is sometimes mischievous due to her habit of pranking. Although it is harmless pranks, it can make people feel annoyed and causing some trouble. Since she is just a child of course she wouldn't know any better and most of the time, her brothers encouraged her pranks which makes it worse for the girls that is. She also is a huge picky eater, and refuses to eat anything distasteful or something she just doesn't feel like eating at all. She can also be a little superstitious at times, making her feel like she must do stuff in a certain way.

Fears: She is afraid of the dark, since usually she can't see what is happening around her so she always sleeps with a nightlight on. She also doesn't like being alone, since being very young, she's used to having others around her. She later grows and learns that sometimes being alone is ok.

Powers: Usually, whenever she is using her powers, using too much of it will cause tiredness and fatigue since her powers requires a lot of energy. She can sometimes regain some energy by eating or drinking anything sugar related as sugar can make kids hyper.

Likes:

Family and Friends: Of course, her friends and family are the most important to her. She loves them very dearly, even more than her precious snacks and plushies. Except for Bea. who is her imaginary friend that has a plushie self. Being young she can't really tell she ain't real.

Plushies: Binni has a love for soft items, and that includes plushies. Since plushies reminded her of animals. Most of her plushies consists of people she love or animals.

Snacks: Like all kids, she has a love for snacks. Especially lemon flavored candy, lemon soda, chocolate cookies, chips and cheese and crackers.

Comics and Video Games: Being raised by Rowdyruffs throughout her first part of her life, she is introduced to comics and video games and sees them constantly. She usually like to play video games with Butch and read comics with Boomer.

Animals: To her most animals are fluffy and cute and always enjoyed petting them a lot. Even non fluffy ones she will pet regardless due to her curious nature she just prefer the fluffy furry ones the most. Bubbles is the one who mostly showed her the animals when her brothers weren't "present" back then and it always brought her lots of joy.

Dislikes:

Fights: Of course the thing she despises the most are fights or any type of conflict. From the beginning she knows her siblings always fights, she just sometimes pretend she doesn't see it or is too oblivious to know how bad the fight is considering the girls and boys try to avoid lettings her seeing them fight. As she gets older her siblings doesn't fight as much but they sometimes still do. Anytime a fight/conflict happens she wants nothing to do with it or refuses to intervene. Even if it's not her siblings having that conflict.

Storms/Snowstorms: Rain and snow are usually fine since she loves playing in the rain and snow, but it's the storms that are a problem. Since she is unable to go outside and play in the rain or snow when storms are involved. She's not scared of storms, she's just upset that fact that she can't play outside.

Cherries, Blueberries and Kiwis: Funny enough the reason it's because these fruit reminded her of her brothers. But however that dislike started after the PPG locked up her brothers, and she is always miss them and wonder when they will come back. Since the PPG never told her. Since then, she doesn't like to eat these 3 certain fruits and will avoid them at all costs.

HIM: Her brothers back then sometimes mentioned or talk about their "other dad" besides Mojo. While Mojo treats her brothers and her somewhat decent and respect, HIM is a whole new level. The RRB always warned her to never go or make any deals with HIM and always make sure she knows that back then he didn't treat them very good. Even the PPG warned her about HIM. Since both brothers and sisters warned her, and with that knowledge in her head, it basically terrifies her when she understood as she got older.

Backstory:

In the beginning, the PPG and Professor decided it was a good time to start some spring cleaning, like they do every year. Later on when the girls were in the middle of cleaning the Professor's lab, both Blossom and Buttercup both bickered and fought until Bubbles used her sonic scream to stop. This caused the nearby items Sugar Spice and Everything Nice, and a small vial of Chemical X to fall and crash. Due the imbalance of the ingredients like having more Sugar and very less Chemical X a reaction never happened. Fast forward, the girls cleaned up the mess they made and everything else, Bubbles took the trash to a nearby dump, since the Professor told her to "dump the trash" she took it a bit too literally.

The dump at the same time was near Townsville most infamous jail. Where all notorious criminals were kept locked up and watched 24/7. This also includes the RRB. Which was the girls first capture of them. The RRB has only been there for merely 3 weeks since eventually they outsmarted the the system by not using their powers and using other ways to break their Antidote x cuffs. For context, the boys have cuffs to keep track of the powers getting stronger and coming back again due to Antidote X only lasts for a certain amount of time. When the cuffs detect that, they will immediately be sedated and and inject Antidote X in them. As the cuffs were broken, the boys decided to break the wall to pieces and fly off but Boomer beat them to it by throwing a nearby toilet to break the wall. They then realized they only have some of their powers back, making them unable to fly, fearing that they will be caught, they ran off. Police enforces arrived on the scene making them trapped in a nearby alleyway (which they have not been discovered yet.

Soon Boomer discovered something rustling through the rubble, and found a little kid in the box. The kid not yet named Binni accidently used her power Charm and say hello to Boomer. Boomer did find that kid cute, and with the power used on him made the effects on him stronger. And so has a strong feeling of wanting to keep her, Boomer then asked his brothers if he can keep the kid, since Brick and Butch they saw the kid as small and weak as well as her being a girl they were hesitant and refused. Later on they soon found themselves teleported away and ironically in front of their "house". Which was an abandoned building in a part of the forest. The boys realized it as the kid's doing. If it weren't for her the fuzz would've gotten them. This is when Brick decides maybe her powers would be a use to them and agreed to Boomer that they would keep her. IF he takes care of her for full responsibility. Boomer agreed, and decided the name Binni. Since he found her near the trash bins, plus he and his brothers couldn't think of a better name for the little one and so Binni is stuck with that name.

As time passed and move forward, the boys who used to not like girls as much now sees Binni as an exception. Due to the fact that they bonded and interacted with her throughout the months that they spend time with her. They get to know her as a person and even loved her as who she is and not see her as an annoying tool anymore. Though they try not to show it much. They spend more time with her as a result through that bond and teach her everything that they know as a ruff, graffiti, stealing, and etc.- Binni being young and innocent knows nothing that what she's doing is wrong so she considered it as normal and not think much of it.

At the same time, when the boys are seen out with Binni, the girls don't think much of the girl or thought they were seeing things until they realize she keep reappearing with the boys over and over again making their thoughts and connections between the boys and Binni clicked. The PPG soon suspecting that the RRB are taking Binni hostage and using her for their own benefit since they believed the boys are bad and evil. Being 7 years old they never consider the thought that the boys aren't heartless so they try many ways to get Binni to be in their care. That's when the girls finally managed to capture the boys one day and brought Binni in as their own.

This is when the RRB found out Binni was sick that day of a fever. Due to her playing in the rain without her raincoat when Boomer was half asleep and let her played outside without supervision. The boys, being young kids themselves don't really know how to cure sick, they try hard and figure out how to help the little kid. That's when one of them remembered medicine helps cure sicknesses, so they took Binni with them and tries to see which medicine in the drug store is suitable for her fever. Later on they decided to just take every drug in the store since they found out they don't really have the time and look at the store. Unfortunately for them, the girls were alerted of that and fought with the RRB. Seeing Binni sick, they thought the boys made her sick like that and believe that they were unfit to take care of Binni.

When Binni got better, she was awoken to an area where she isn't familiar with and found 3 girls looking worried at her. At first she was a bit scared, but when Blossom claimed that she knows the boys and she is a friend, Binni trusts her and interacts with her. Soon she was given a PPG outfit and was underneath the care of the PPG. At the time reason why Binni never saved her brothers is because she wasn't aware they were in jail, due to the fact she was unconscious. Whenever she asked about her brothers, Blossom will responds that they are gone for a vacation, jumps to another topic or ignores her question. But she never asks the question any further and continues her day as always.

The girls took a liking to Binni under their care, they showed her a lot of things Binni doesn't know about and teaches her the ways of being a puff. Despite having fun and enjoying her time with the girls, she still misses her brothers dearly and wishes one day they will come back. The boys, being persistent as always one day broke free out of their prison again and the first thing they do is to find Binni. Binni, seeing her brothers again ran up to them and gave them a big hug, which the boys did the same as well, but stopped after a few seconds. Bubbles noticing the commotion outside ran to get her sisters. The PPG and RRB soon rant and had a huge fight between the 2, Blossom and Brick did most of the verbal fights, Butch and Buttercup didn't hesitate to go in battle mode while the blues just didn't know what to do and just watches their siblings fight.

Binni was in the midst of the fight, hearing every single word spoken. Truths revealing into what they truly are and realizing she was living a lie she couldn't handle it. Cries and teleports away from her siblings. The kids noticed this and decided to have no choice but to team up and find her, since they were unable to locate her fast enough by themselves due to her always teleporting. Meanwhile an old foe has came back for revenge against none other than the Powerpuff Girls and lure both the RRB and PPG into his trap. This foe as none other than Dick Hardly himself, turns out he survived that explosion and has been hiding and waiting for the right time to get revenge. The PPG and RRB got trapped in a glass dome as they unwittingly try to find Binni in the abandoned building. They tried using their powers but their energy got sucked out like before. But this time Dick has a ray to ensure that the girls are destroyed once and for all after extracting their Chemical X.

Since the boys look like the girls in a way and have powers as well and are with them, Dick immediately assumes that the boys are allies with the girls and proceeds to extract their Chemical X as well. At this point the girls cried for help and Boomer did too as well out of sheer panic only to be bonked on the head by Brick telling him to calm down. Binni was nearby at the abandoned building at the time, and heard cries of help, so she went to investigate being curious. She found her siblings trapped and helpless and decided she needed to do something. She tries and break the glass dome that they were trapped in only to be alerted by Dick Hardly by the noise. Binni was scared and helpless, but her bravery and determination of helping her siblings override her fear and went on a head on head battle with Dick.

Dick has enough of this and proceeds to activate the ray, only to find that Binni uses a forcefield around her siblings. Being unexperienced with her powers her forcefield starts to crack. Out of desperation she proceeds to push her forcefield towards the ray. the beams reflected close enough back at the ray causing an explosion. The explosion was big enough to cause the building to fell and crumble down. For the boys and girls, due to the thick glass dome they were encased in at least provided some protection. But for Binni, not so much as she was exposed in front of the ray having a weak forcefield causing the explosion to strike at her causing her death. The red leader found her lying among the rubble she was in only to find her cold lifeless body. Not moving, not a single word spoken. He cried and cried silently at the sight of his younger sibling, his only sister. Dead. The rest catch on what was going on and began to cry and sob as well.

Brick unable to handle her death well says she might be unconscious and refuses to let her go from his grip and not move from his crouched spot. He then later gets up and flies off with the rest of the bug eyed kids after his brothers multiple of times convincing him to go and bid last farewell. Meanwhile, at the same time Binni found herself in a dark area there meeting the Grim Reaper. The Grim Reaper was in charge of collecting souls and lost souls then decide whether they go to heaven or hell since he himself is a netural entity. Binni of course was getting sent to heaven, despite all the crimes she has committed with her brothers, she was a very kind and happy soul who just wants to make others feel better. Also because she's young not realizing what she has done is wrong and no one told her.

The grim reaper then gave her wings, Binni was upset and told the Reaper she wanted to go back, but the Reaper says it can't be done. As he was about to give her a halo, another angel appeared. This angel is no other than Bunny, a sister Binni never knew or was told about. Bunny told the reaper that it isn't her time yet, and is needed to be sent back. Bunny also don't want the same thing happening to her with Binni being taken away by her family at such a short time. The reaper has conflicted thoughts about this until Bunny promised to help him with lost souls. The Grim Reaper, reluctantly agrees and lets Bunny send Binni back down to Earth. Binni then proceeds to say thank you to Bunny before reviving back in her body.

As she was revived, her older sibling watched in awe as her transformation starts, yellow light starts to surround her and her wings appeared on her body due to her being a half angel. Since she was not given a halo she was not a full angel. Her siblings processed for a moment before hugging Binni in their arms and was happy she got revived. When Boomer asked Binni how she did that, she told them Bunny help her who is an angel. The boys looked confused as they realized that the girls started tearing up at the mention of Bunny.

Soon the girls and boys agreed to both share custody of Binni, and having her go to from different houses like a divorced couple. The 2 groups still fight and bicker, but from the situation that they have experienced, they have no choice but to let it be that way. But somehow this situation is a bit unique, instead of focusing on the bad they stick with the good, thankful that they get to be with their younger sister. Binni now happy to be with her family was relieved that finally she can forever stay with they people she loves. She drew a picture of her and her older siblings. A soft voice, can be heard, from the small bean. "I love you guys," Before embracing each other into another group hug and give them her drawing picture.

At first she was a bit scared, but when Blossom claimed that she knows the boys and she is a friend, Binni trusts her and interacts with her. Soon she was given a PPG outfit and was underneath the care of the PPG. At the time reason why Binni never saved her brothers is because she wasn't aware they were in jail, due to the fact she was unconscious. Whenever she asked about her brothers, Blossom will responds that they are gone for a vacation, jumps to another topic or ignores her question. But she never asks the question any further and continues her day as always.

The girls took a liking to Binni under their care, they showed her a lot of things Binni doesn't know about and teaches her the ways of being a puff. Despite having fun and enjoying her time with the girls, she still misses her brothers dearly and wishes one day they will come back. The boys, being persistent as always one day broke free out of their prison again and the first thing they do is to find Binni. Binni, seeing her brothers again ran up to them and gave them a big hug, which the boys did the same as well, but stopped after a few seconds. Bubbles noticing the commotion outside ran to get her sisters. The PPG and RRB soon rant and had a huge fight between the 2, Blossom and Brick did most of the verbal fights, Butch and Buttercup didn't hesitate to go in battle mode while the blues just didn't know what to do and just watches their siblings fight.

Binni was in the midst of the fight, hearing every single word spoken. Truths revealing into what they truly are and realizing she was living a lie she couldn't handle it. Cries and teleports away from her siblings. The kids noticed this and decided to have no choice but to team up and find her, since they were unable to locate her fast enough by themselves due to her always teleporting. Meanwhile an old foe has came back for revenge against none other than the Powerpuff Girls and lure both the RRB and PPG into his trap. This foe as none other than Dick Hardly himself, turns out he survived that explosion and has been hiding and waiting for the right time to get revenge. The PPG and RRB got trapped in a glass dome as they unwittingly try to find Binni in the abandoned building. They tried using their powers but their energy got sucked out like before. But this time Dick has a ray to ensure that the girls are destroyed once and for all after extracting their Chemical X.

Since the boys look like the girls in a way and have powers as well and are with them, Dick immediately assumes that the boys are allies with the girls and proceeds to extract their Chemical X as well. At this point the girls cried for help and Boomer did too as well out of sheer panic only to be bonked on the head by Brick telling him to calm down. Binni was nearby at the abandoned building at the time, and heard cries of help, so she went to investigate being curious. She found her siblings trapped and helpless and decided she needed to do something. She tries and break the glass dome that they were trapped in only to be alerted by Dick Hardly by the noise. Binni was scared and helpless, but her bravery and determination of helping her siblings override her fear and went on a head on head battle with Dick.

Dick has enough of this and proceeds to activate the ray, only to find that Binni uses a forcefield around her siblings. Being unexperienced with her powers her forcefield starts to crack. Out of desperation she proceeds to push her forcefield towards the ray. the beams reflected close enough back at the ray causing an explosion. The explosion was big enough to cause the building to fell and crumble down. For the boys and girls, due to the thick glass dome they were encased in at least provided some protection. But for Binni, not so much as she was exposed in front of the ray having a weak forcefield causing the explosion to strike at her causing her death. The red leader found her lying among the rubble she was in only to find her cold lifeless body. Not moving, not a single word spoken. He cried and cried silently at the sight of his younger sibling, his only sister. Dead. The rest catch on what was going on and began to cry and sob as well.

Brick unable to handle her death well says she might be unconscious and refuses to let her go from his grip and not move from his crouched spot. He then later gets up and flies off with the rest of the bug eyed kids after his brothers multiple of times convincing him to go and bid last farewell. Meanwhile, at the same time Binni found herself in a dark area there meeting the Grim Reaper. The Grim Reaper was in charge of collecting souls and lost souls then decide whether they go to heaven or hell since he himself is a netural entity. Binni of course was getting sent to heaven, despite all the crimes she has committed with her brothers, she was a very kind and happy soul who just wants to make others feel better. Also because she's young not realizing what she has done is wrong and no one told her.

The grim reaper then gave her wings, Binni was upset and told the Reaper she wanted to go back, but the Reaper says it can't be done. As he was about to give her a halo, another angel appeared. This angel is no other than Bunny, a sister Binni never knew or was told about. Bunny told the reaper that it isn't her time yet, and is needed to be sent back. Bunny also don't want the same thing happening to her with Binni being taken away by her family at such a short time. The reaper has conflicted thoughts about this until Bunny promised to help him with lost souls. The Grim Reaper, reluctantly agrees and lets Bunny send Binni back down to Earth. Binni then proceeds to say thank you to Bunny before reviving back in her body.

As she was revived, her older sibling watched in awe as her transformation starts, yellow light starts to surround her and her wings appeared on her body due to her being a half angel. Since she was not given a halo she was not a full angel. Her siblings processed for a moment before hugging Binni in their arms and was happy she got revived. When Boomer asked Binni how she did that, she told them Bunny help her who is an angel. The boys looked confused as they realized that the girls started tearing up at the mention of Bunny.

Soon the girls and boys agreed to both share custody of Binni, and having her go to from different houses like a divorced couple. The 2 groups still fight and bicker, but from the situation that they have experienced, they have no choice but to let it be that way. But somehow this situation is a bit unique, instead of focusing on the bad they stick with the good, thankful that they get to be with their younger sister. Binni now happy to be with her family was relieved that finally she can forever stay with they people she loves. She drew a picture of her and her older siblings. A soft voice, can be heard, from the small bean. "I love you guys," Before embracing each other into another group hug and give them her drawing picture.
