Missy South is a prim, proper, Southern ladeh, and she loves to be treated as such! She always dresses up in southern belle finery, and is NEVER seen without a flounce and bonnet.

Care n' Craft smiled and inclined her head. "While you have done a wonderful job milady." Her wings spread in a little curtsy, under one of her wings a tiny Unicorn foal foal filly peeked out. She had a dark blue coat with golden main and eyes. She looked up at Care n' Craft with innocence, and whispered. "Why is that ponys flank so big?"
Care n' Craft bent down her head to the filly looking under her wing, "Midnight Star, its her dress. Its meant to be poofy like that. Now the nice pony might think that was rude, apologize please."
Midnight Star blinked her ears flopping against her, and looked at Missy, "Sorry Mrs Poofy flank lady!"
A snicker suddenly came from under her other wing, a brown Bro-ny (seriously that's what they call the males loll). Care n' Craft smiled and rolled her eyes, "Digger don't snicker sweetie." Digger dropped his hove and looked up at Care n' Craft, "Sorry." He grunted kicking the dirt under his hooves.

Missy Smiled at the compliment, completely flattered. "Well thank ya, I-" She blinked in surprise as a deep blue head peeped out from under Care N' Craft's wing. "Big flank?!" she snorted, taking a step back. "This, filly dear, is a flouce. They're quite the fasion at Appleloosa, Ah's have you know." She smiled slightly at the filly's apology, and nodded. It was rather cute of her, even if she had just said she had a big....well...Her gaze shifted to the brown colt under the pegasus' other wing. She took a step forward, and placed her hoof under the dirty chin, lifting it for a better look. "Well, Ah'm sure there's a colt under there, I just caint see if for all the dirt!" She licked the tip of her other hoof and smudged it across his cheek, trying to clear off some of the dust.

Care n' Craft smiled, and folded the wing that had previously concealed Digger against her side. As Missy's licked hoof touched his cheek, Digger made the all mighty boy eww face. His ears went lopsided one up and forward, one down and back, his eyes the color of pure beach sand crossed so they were looking at the tip of his nose. His tongue lolled out, as his nose scrunched up. His pelt was a soft brown, while his mane was the gray of unfired earth clay. "Ewww!!! Girl GERMS!!"
The bro-ny fell down on his back as he scrambled backwards, and Midnight Star circled behind Care, and drew on his dirty flank with her hoof chanting. "Circle, circle, dot, dot, now you got your cootie shot!!"
"Its too late!" Digger wailed in dispare, "I am infected!!" He rolled around on the ground, increasing the dirt he had been covered in before.
"Oh no we've lost him! The stars were not favorable!" Midnight Star cried, as Digger lolled his tongue out stopped rolling and pretended to be dead.
Care n' Craft's eyes were soft, she looked at Missy smiling and winking once talking to her as if the foals could not hear. But all the while watching them out of the corner of her eye. "Its too bad really, I have the cure in some alfalfa ice cream at home, I make sure to eat it regularly so I don't get infected. We could have saved him. But he's gone now, and dead pony's can't eat ice cream you know?"
Midnight Star had stopped her pretend crying and was looking at Missy, for the other adult to confirm the strange twist. Digger was still on the ground tongue out, but his one eye was cracked open also watching Missy. The silence in the air was so thick you could cut it with a knife.

Missy caught on to Care n' Craft's plan and nodded in a grave way. "Oh yes. Ah know alfalfa icecream always did the trick in mah family. Saved cousin Jingle's life when the barn roof collapsed on his head, poor soul. After one or two bowls of alfalfa icecream, he was right as rain an' fixin' the roof the next day. As a matter of fact," Missy leaned forward, as if to keep a secret from the curious filly and colt, and stage whispered "Ah even heard it can make you strong as an ox, and smart as a fox after the second bowl." She stepped back and sighed again, lowering her head mournfully. "it's such a shame he up and died like that. We could have found out for sure if alfalfa icecream was a cure for cooties too. Oh well. Where you plan on holdin' the funeral?...."

Care n' Craft smiled, "I think we should hold it out under a tree by the river bank, he always said that"s where the best dirt was."
Digger lifted his head and opened his eyes, "IT IS!" He slowly rolled onto his feet, as Midnight Star ran over to the adults and began circling them excitedly. "It's a miracle!! He's ALIVE!! Can we have alfa ice cream now? huh huh huh? it will make him all better!"
Digger by this point had gotten to his hooves and each little foal stopped on either side, and looked up at Care n' Craft with a begging face. "PLEASE!!"
Care n' Craft smiled tenderly, her smile never seemed to waver around the little ones. Her eyes looked up at Missy, though her head was lowered to the foals. "Oh I dunno, what do you think?"
