Boy, I had to listen to a crap-load of Death Note songs to get in the mood of this pic. Yes i assign certain songs/music to fit the mood of the pic…Sue me. But really…if you listened to the OST of Death Note, especially the opera-sounding tracks, then you’d get in the mood too to drawing like this or other…

Woooooah, that's really really cool! It's amazing! I love the way you shaded his hair/eyes/frontface. It feels really profesh and natural.
I also really like the directional contrast of the way the heads are facing. kabuto's is tilted up, as if representing a higher future, where as Orochisnakes is down, as if representing a desire to hold on to something/defend. I also keep getting this image of Kabuto suddenly lowering his head and becoming the orochisnake 
The back of his head/neck looks a little awkward. i think his neck is a little too thick there. But other than that, this is really great
