Overpowered or not? Either way I probably don't give a fuck hha.

Spending days with an charismatic heavenly demon King like Doflamingo; you better learn how to be just as cruel, heartless and skilled to be anything to him also so you don't get pushed around so much or being manipulated.

Because Doflamingo would probably use you no matter what, to get what he wants, whatever that happens to be - whether you're part of his family or not.

Also everyone is super powered and Kav needs to keep up with them

Character Skills
Charisma: Kav, or Kavandria, always held an authoritative aura about her; she's a great leader and is quite respected by the general public of every island she steps upon for her doing her actual duties of protecting the weak, small and unheard. Marines and pirates dislike her but do not bare their teeth to this kind Shichibukai.
Morality: Upon the death of someone close to her, her morality dropped low and only thinks of herself as being the only one that should remain happy - even when others' cry for help around her. Do not mistaken her kindness for weakness, she only wants to be viewed as a gracious and loving Queen so that she will remained loved by all. Much like Doflamingo, she will stomp on others' to get what she thinks she deserves.

She is loyal to Doflamingo to an extent, so long as he keeps his word of allowing her to be the Queen of Dressrosa and for allowing her to do as she pleases.
Knowledge: As a former Tenryuubito, she was quite academically educated, having an understanding of numbers, math, language and numerous other subjects - But with being hit with the worse luck, Kavandria found herself abandoned and living with idiot boys and their guardian, who had taken her in upon learning that she too had no parents. From them, she learned to survive on her own, hunt, fish, etc, etc.

She traveled the world, learning more and more about different islands, animals and how different these so called 'humans' were. With Ace by her side, she was able to learn more about the pirate world than she probably wanted - to which helped her in a way.

With Doflamingo, Kav learns and knows a great deal of things through him - Or, at least, he gives her a bit of information of the things he may or may not know, though things always come with a price with Doflamingo.

Intelligence: She is quick-thinking and very flexible, she always keeps on her toes especially in the presence of her so called husband since he does occasionally grow irate or moody; she often gets the feeling what is up but never really acts upon it until she's got proof, which always leads to trouble if she doesn't bite it in the bud. Though she finds it amusing how shit can hit the fan in these moments and how everyone around her scurries to fix the situation.

Usually she can piece together a situation if given a few things to work off of; like Doflamingo's business, which she turned a blind eye to, for numerous reasons... She turns a blind eye to a lot of Doflamingo's dealings.
Empathy: Kav has little compassion for others, though there happens to be a few that she is dearly caring about; With her position as Shichibukai and Queen of Dressrosa, she acts as though she cares for others and is often seen smiling, being kind and whatever she can do to manipulate the poor folks that believe this disguise.

She doesn't care for anyone and out of the public eye, she's a cruel woman with a penchant for causing others' excruciating pain, sorrow and misery.
Humor: She's quite humorous, poking fun and teasing that hold her attention - She's sarcastic and has a deadpanned/dark humor about to her. She is often seen smiling or in a good mood, though that is always just for show.

Condition/Physical Skills
Distraction: Her strengths don't lie in distracting, but when she can and has an idea of her area - she will use all or anything to her advantage to distract her opponent, and Kav is a shameless woman. Her mindset is to win after all.

Though with her devil fruit powers, it is an easy task but Kav is more of a confrontational person when it comes to battles/fights.
Dexterity: She's skilled with her hands in a more intimate situation, hha - Anyways, she's a very impatient woman and wants things done quickly so she can relax and continue to be adored or pampered, so during fights and other chores, she won't be as graceful and skillful as others' think.
Intuition: Woman has a great intuition, always knowing when things are about to go wrong - but she's the sort that doesn't believe in her gut as she should; but being clever and quick-witted, she can improvise and fix things just as quickly before things get even worse.

She often curses herself for never listening to that nagging thought in the back of her mind.
Constitution: She has a lot of energy, being young and always ready to cause a bloodshed when it's needed; with her other ability she is able to take fatal wounds and reverse time in the certain area, though it does has it drawbacks. With this ability, she mostly can get back up and tiring out her opponents, if they happen to be strong enough to take her down in her current state.

Her devil fruit abilities and haki do help with taking hits too.
Speed: She's very agile and quick; but her choices in appearance or attire, most definitely get in the way - She wears dresses with long trains and things that are more flow-y, but she still manages.
Brute Strength: She's quite strong, she has been training for the majority of her life, after meeting Ace, Luffy and Sabo - since she doesn't want to be a burden to them as she had before. She is capable of holding her own up against strong characters.

Experience/Competence
Defense: With both her haki and Devil Fruit powers, her prowess is defending and reflecting back attacks - With her speed and agility, she mostly can dodge most attacks but there are times she'll miscalculate a situation.
Offense: With her strength and speed (plus with her Armament Haki), she can deal a lot of damage to the poor idiot that dare challenge her, she is a close-range combatant and will mostly try her best to cause as much bodily harm.
Devil Fruit: She is incredibly skilled with her Devil Fruit powers, though she learned quickly to control them since she is mostly surrounded by Devil Fruit users - the abilities she gained are indeed helpful as her position as Shichibukai and the wife of Doflamingo, the heavenly Demon himself.
Hand-to-Hand: She's not exactly skilled in this area, she mostly just throws punches and reflects projectile attacks back.
Haki: Armament Haki is her main choice, she has no need for others' besides this. She's able to control it and use it at will.
Weapon: Kav isn't an expert in weapons, she once had an eye for shooting slaves as a child from far ranges - but since the lost of her weapon upon arriving at Dawn island, she lost the knowledge of using it. She chooses to not use any weapons due to always being a more physical fighter.
