Finally finished! I created her as a One Piece OC, and I tried to imitate the One Piece anatomy: big boobs and tiny waists (I think the boobs are too big) but failed miserably. Also, excuse my roughly painted background done in half an hour. I will state now that I am no painter. OTL The contents of the bottle and glass is ambiguous. Wine or blood, whichever you prefer.

Her name's Rossa (as title says) and I originally intended her to be born in the New World with an alliance with Big Moma Charlotte Lin Lin. Her devil fruit ability enables her to copy another devil fruit user's ability for 10 minutes after she drinks that person's blood, hence the vampire nickname. However, she cannot drink another devil fruit user's blood within that 10 minutes or else the effect on her body will be similar to a person who eats two devil fruits (aka. the powers go berserk and she dies a gruesome death ^_^). She cannot inherit any powers from non-devil fruit users, but can improve her physical abilities. This is the reason she is weak against non-devil fruit users.

Yes, those are her adorable adorable babies at the back. Her pets are her bestest of all bestest friends.

She's a solo player (because inventing a crew is too much trouble), hence she doesn't have a Jolly Roger (ie. flag). (because it is also too much trouble to design one)
