AT LONG LAST. I finally scraped together the time to finish the first of my requests! This is for , who requested a hydra wearing top hats. A lot of experimentation went on with this one and I learned a good deal about techniques and such. (The colors seem a little washed out from how they show up in Photoshop for some reason, though. EDIT: Okay, on a different computer, this is reeeeeeally dark, so I guess it varies.)I hope you like it!
The lines for this are half a year old.
(The reason this took so long is that schoolwork decided it was going to sit squarely in the way for a few months, so my apologies for that , but things seem like they're clearing up and I should be able to get the other pictures done much more quickly.)

It looks like he could be an evil villian in a Victorian novel( with hydras in it?). Maybe it's a murder mystery! All the dark colours make him look very sinister. So awesome.
