Your use of color is my favorite part. It's amazingly varied, each piece is a rainbow, but you do it so well it's not distracting from the unity of the piece. It's not so vivid it hurts.

That's very true, but there's a difference in different styles and just a lack of talent.
Myself being the latter.
I adore creating and will make just about anything: Drawing, painting, poetry, stories, writing music... if I can get my hands on it I'll try it. But I'm not very good at any of them.
So I just look at other people's amazing art and immensely enjoy it.
