For #EmoticonOpus contest, Fish!
I will admit, only half an hour ago, I looked at the deadline and panicked, with me checking times, making it with 29 minutes left.
And is it only now I realised I got the wrong timezone and panicked for nothing
I will improve it with the extra hour I have
I had this idea in my head for ages now, and this contest pushed me to make it, based off of a scene from finding nemo: [link]
Edit[s]: Added dithering to the background, changed the colours, fixed the fish a bit more, moved the emote, added a simple border and ran out of time
