FINALLY I GOT THIS DONE XDXD I've honestly been working on this for weeks but it's either my parents dragged me out of the house or I got lazy working on this XDXD So Rouge's Witch design came from the Sonic Channel Wallpaper that came out a few weeks ago. I gave her a Chao to match Shadow and his Chao XDXD Gawd I suck at backgrounds XDXD I wish I could have done better but every time I try to make it look nicer it ends up getting worse xDXD. Anyway I'm glad I finally got this over with and I hope you like it ^^
