You managed it more than well he looks amazing  

I gave you a lot of firsts didn't I :'D? 
First of all amazing composition I love how the light is touching only the top of the drawing keeping most of the lower drawing in darkness - it was it look rather mysterious na dvery cool I love how his sparks are falling in with the sea flora having stripes of light showing of his wristbands and differet colours of his tails is a very nice touch ^V^ and the almost cave like light behind him great job with the background in general you really feel underwater together with him OVO love the reflection at the top and the faint ruin in the background and layers upon layers of rock behind him  
Now let's go to the main attaction OvO 
Damn my boy's handsom that smoulder can melt hearts miles away :'D The hair is looking so nice with the light almost painting it white and having the horns cast a shadow on top of it is a really nice detail nice cheekbonss and little mouth like the form of the nose and how much his eyes seems to glow Very nice beard and I like how the neck looks very nice necklaces well formed body, cute tattoo - the shells almost look golden in your version like small accessories I see you chose not to do the fishnet which is alright I feel like there's a lot going on here already it may have been too much I like how the light is reflecting on the bag shirt and how 'plastic' it looks making the wristbands into small braids was a cool idea ^^
