i'll do this every time i feel the need to draw something AT.
But do u guys think i should do it colored like this or in black and white manga style?
BTW, Pen is basically Finn's 18-yr old version and plays as Fionna's older brother. Finn plays the younger. I got the name Pen coz it was Finn's name at first before it was changed to the name he has now.
Anyway, since i'm doing this, i might as well do it in your favor. Didn't plan to put in any romance in this comic, but some of you might be interested in it.
If you have any, you guys will help me come up with the couples for this comic, and possible twists and turns. I've basically gotten a story lined up in my head. All you have to do is tell me who you think Fionna should end up with: Flame prince, Prince Gumball, or Marshall Lee. The one who gets the most support wins.
Oh, and feel free to mention some other couples that you'd like. I'm open to any suggestion :3

You really have talent! This is really amazing and I love the humor of everything! Love the style and the personalities of the characters already show in the first page! Shading and inking was done amazingly well. Also really love how you took the same characters and the same personalities, and did a separate story on all of them, one with Fiona as the protagonist. It's probably the funniest part so far. "Forgetting something" BWAHAAHA! Wow, I'm really glad you labeled ages or it'd be preeeety awkward watching Finn and Fionna grow up likes twins with a grown man. And it DOES make sense that Finn would be a little brother, especially since Fionna acts more mature.

The comic that the artist represented has lots of creativity in one single page made by the artist.I saw this comic and I firstly though this was as same as the other fanfiction comics of adventure time.The re-use of names that exist in the adventure time really excites the reader as if the characters are the same.But in the universe the comic is in is totally different from the canon and the official comic.This comic is truly a must see if you love manga or any other type of comic.This comic has lots of potential that can be used to excite or surprise the reader him or herself.The storyline is very unique and very different from other fanfics.The comic itself has flaws that can be missed due to other peoples perspectif.This comic is not for young children because of some mature or unsuitable for kids scenes.

Very Enjoyable. You basically turned the show into Ouran High but kept enough of the original fantasy to keep me interested along with a lot of very good jokes. The drawing style is spot on with nice effect, humanization and sexualization with very good chibi placement. I don't really get the plot (Simon thinks that Jake is being a pervert?) But I guess a comic like this really dosen't need one.
Probably the most interesting thing about this comic is how you seamlessly connected the gender swap characters to the original, via a complex series of siblings. I love watching Pen's, Finn's, and Fionna's Interactions while silently going "but they're the same person!"
But please only include one Leroy. You promised to introduce enough character's in the comments of page 1 without adding one that was only mentioned in a bad Joke by the Ice King, let alone two. And I thought that making Pen 18 was a way to set him up with Marceline or Bubblegum, so I'm kind of hoping for that. And have Finn try to eat bubblegum's hair. Seriously, that HAS to happen.

This art is stunning and original. You have defiantly captured the essence of the mood. The technique that was used looks professional. And your vision of an older brother being in the picture gives the story a true original feeling. I truly think that you have potential, and you should make a comic out of this series. I think that you have true potential for a career in the art field and design. Great Work. Cant wait until Chapter 3. And when the time comes, I will recommend your art to many other that would enjoy this. Again, Great work and thank you.

I was coming into this comic after a rather negative link from a friend on my Facebook wall. I think the problem was the more the conversion of what is an incredibly unique and original series into a much more popularised and, dare I say it, generic art-form.
I'll go into detail on each of the four categories and why I've rated them so:
Vision: It's not the most ambitious project I've ever seen. Taking an established series and attempting to convert it into an entire different being is no easy task, and there are always going to be fans who are not happy when something like this has been presented to them. Taking what they love, and adding a whole new spin to it is a risky move.
I commend your bravery in terms of the storyline, but if I am to be perfectly honest, it's definitely not something ambitious that you're going for. Playing it safe with something like AT is a very, VERY sensible move.
The art itself? Very nice. Clean and crisp style, executed very nicely. Appealing to the senses, very nice to look at overall. You show the skills of someone who's clearly been doing their research and someone who thoroughly enjoys what they do. Kudos to you.
Originality: Low marks because the storyline's generic. I'm sorry, no beating around the bush here, but this is where it's been played too safe thus far. Setting it in a typical anime' environment gives the impression that you're using the popularity of the characters to tell your own story. That's great, but if you do that, you've gotta tell your own story, and in an ideal world, with your own characters.
The style of the art is nice, whilst a lot of people will simply go, "EUGH, IT'S ANOTHER MANGA-TYPE STYLE.", I can definitely see that you do have your own way of going about the way you draw. The minute differences are what makes artists unique, and it's very nice to get the impression that you've acknowledged this. The style's good. I like the style. Very nice.
Technique: No matter whether or not I like what you've gone to set out and do, there is no denying the plain fact that you've executed what you want to do pretty much perfectly. The story you've gone for is very well-done, even if it's not ambitious, it's done exceedingly well. As I've already gone over, the style of the art itself as well portrays the mental image of an artist who knows what they're doing, and does it very well. I can't fault the technique at all.
Impact: Whilst the story hasn't exactly made an impact on me personally, the rather large hit-count of this first page alone does go some way to show just how popular it's really become. There's only one way impact can be measured, and the views are it. It's had such a big impact on people, that they're willing to go ahead and share it all over the place. Why not 5 stars on that? It didn't have that effect on me personally, I'm afraid.
Overall, the art itself is beautiful to look at, but the storyline? Not my cup of tea.

It's definitely healthy to hear the (more educated, fair, and not just typical hate-bashing) negative comments every now and then.
Yes, i know it wasn't exactly the smartest move turning this series into what you call a more generic art-form, and i was well-prepared for the negative comments i would hear about it. But I guess i wouldn't exactly have minded them because the only reason i started this was because it was something i wanted to see for myself and actually enjoyed doing. People have their own preferences and views on things, and stories have their own specific target audience, so i'll respect everyone's take on this.

This is a truly amazing story. I like how you have turned adventure time into a manga and gave it an anime style. I have actually read the whole story that's been posted so far and each introduction of the characters is very well done. Also the introduction of their older brother , pen. It definitely would be awesome if you published this one day. However a couple things I would add to the story line are things like, fionna's past and stuff about the parents and If they really are the last humans. Other than that, great story, great drawings, and awesome manga. I hope to see more pages in the future(: .

I love how you made this story and how you made the different versions of each character into siblings. I saw how there are those who ship FinnXFionna, but I don't because they're technically the same person and it would be like dating your own sibling. And I'm not into those kinds of relationships.
