For my Animal Anatomy class this summer, we often visited the zoo to draw animals from life, as well as go to the museum to draw fossils and zoology specimins. The egyptian vultures here were zoo sketches (as well as the flamingo wing in the upper left corner), but the middle rib cage/shoulder girdle is of a re-tailed hawk specimin from the museum.
