This is one of my favorite parts in the book so far (still reading it)!
Lol, "Oh no you didn't" is exactly how I interprited this! XD Lol, I abridged this chapter for my sisters:

"So Yavanna is like, 'you didn't tell me, so your kids won't like my stuff and they'll disrespect it.'
and Aule is like, 'well, so will all the other kids' and she's like,
'say WHAT? MANWE!' and she runs to Manwe and says, 'he says the kids are going to hurt my things!'
'yep, what do you want me to do about it?'
'Animals can run but trees take too long to grow! If only they could defend themselves....'
'lolwut? Why not?'
so she goes home all smug and says, 'your kids better watch out, 'cause mine will kick their butts'
and he's all nonchalant about it while smelting something, 'yeah well, they'll still need wood....'"

Your art is lovely and I am so very happy that you decided to do this comic!

Just finished reading the first eleven pages, they are all absolutely fantastic! Really captures the mood of the text, without going over every single line. This is amazing, good luck with continuing!
