So this is my drawing of Megara in the process of being coloured in digitally! It's my first time using GIMP and another art program cause i'll be blunt with you all, I haven't got the hang of GIMP completely, especially all that layer mi-larky! Oh and what's more, I'm actually using a touch pad mouse on the laptop, not the easiest to work with, thankfully hubby is gonna buy me a drawing tablet <3Anyways uploading now cause interested to c how well this does and what you all think of it.
Also if this goes well and I can become more efficiant at digital art I would love to start digitally colouring in old drawings and new, so lets hope I can grasp this better when I get a drawing tablet <3
Oh and any pointers on how to use GIMP would be greatfully recieved, youtube videos just aren't teaching me all I need to know

It's really challenging cause some of the things they show in tutorials I can't seem to do to my drawings for some reason, if i'm honest i think it's making the process harder and longer for me, so i've got a lot to learn as I only started yesterday and i'm only working with a touch pad on the laptop, but it's something i really want to do more of. I just wanted feed back and advice on this one and to also see how well it does on here.
Also my partner said he'll get me a drawing tablet which might also make things easier.
