I don't know the characters, but they're beautiful, and so it is the landscape.
I wish I could find it in books, where they really prefer that childish stupid style all random lines.

Once I had a friend who let me see all digital art made with a graphic tablet.
I think I prefer the old one, but I'd like to learn how to make digital art. Unfortunately, graphic tablets are too expensive to use them just for learn... so, I go on with paper and pencils.
He made lots of portraits and a landscape of Gallifrey (if you're familiar with Doctor Who), and they really seem to be painted. But I can see the difference
