Hey, this is pretty cool and I love the direction you're going in in terms of coloring. However, since you seem to know you need a little anatomy work, I hope you don't mind some friendly critique.
She looks a little skewed, so I'm wondering if you tilt your head when you draw. if you do, that's okay, a lot of us do it without realizing it. Just if you notice you are, try to catch yourself. It'll make your drawings look more stable.
I definitely like that you were trying to go for a more dynamic pose than I usually see people go for. You aren't afraid to show the hands, even if you have a little trouble with them, which is wonderful. In addition to that, I feel the same way with the amount of detail you put into the clothing. However, I think you may have rushed a little too much with the body underneath the clothes. Her hands look like they're at different sizes and her arc of motion (the arc her spine would follow) looks like it has too many curves. The one thing that really bugs me, however, is how far her feet are extended. They would either be bent forward slightly, or, fully extended, her heels would protrude a lot more. the last thing is that her legs don't look like they're properly attached to the body or compensating at all for the way she's leaning. If her knees were a little bit apart or if she was leaning back instead of forward, that might help give her a better sense of balance.
Either way, you are very talented, and it seems you know you have some problems you need to work on. You are headed in a very good direction artistically, and I hope to see how you've improved further down the line. Happy drawing.
