My teacher did something like this once. But instead at the very beginning of the test he said to read everything before doing anything and at the last question on the test was to turn in the paper and don't do anything or write on it, but the question before it was to sing your favorite song.

My medieval history teacher did stuff like this too. He put weird little requests in tiny writing at the end of the test and people stood up and did like jumping jacks in class before they turned in their tests and the rest of us had no idea what was going on.
