what program do you use to do art? I use photoshop elements 11 and then mess with brush settings. In this case, spacing at its max and a small round brush and lots of dots! I know Paint Tool SAI doesn't let you mess with brush settings in the same way. However, I'm not sure if gimp or any other program does. If not...lots of little speckles in the general same pattern. You will never get them 100% the same.

xD Yea, I do most of my art in SAI, but peafowl markings, some shading, and text I do in photoshop. lol

I agree! I prefer coloring in SAI as well. Shading and I haven't been friends for quite a while but I take turns in SAI and Photoshop. I just can't get the hang of shading.
