Heyyyyy, I'm still alive :3 University started again but I'll try and upload more. I'll also upload all my daily drawings on the FB Page so in case you're interested, go get it
.I'd like to post a quote about Zeus' first appearance here but I have no idea where my "Lightning Thief" copy has wandered off to....oh well.
SO! I did something again and yay, it's Zeus! I also recorded myself while drawing this so there's gonna be a lineart video (my programm crashed when I stared colouring...*sigh*). I like how this turned out, really. The Lightning looks a bit unreal but I guess that's alright, considering it's a contained mass of lightning and not the one shooting from the sky, ya know. Whatever..
I don't quite remember, what colour Zeus' Throne looked like so I just made it golden. He's also the second character in my god series to sit, the other one being Hestia, the oldest of the six Chronos sibling. I love it when things go full circle
. The stripes were a drag...I wish you could've seen me drawing it. Thank Action! for crashing... Hope you enjoy!

I like the way you've drawn the face giving the look that he is watching your every movement but also showing a bit of arrogance where he knows he could do anything better than a mortal or another immortal. I love that you have the bolt looking like its giving off crackling energy but I feel it should have a little bit of a blue tint being most of the Zeus children and himself have that association but I do enjoy the crackling gold. I like that he is sitting on what seems to be a thrown though I will admit I would have pictured it a bit more flashy as if he is throwing the fact he is the king of gods in the others faces. I definitely love the suit I personally feel its exactly how Percy described Zeus when he met him. Overall....... Well done my friend!! It is a true work of art!!

Probably the best drawing of Zeus i have seen his face shows off his I am better than you that Zeus should have an I like that you didn't put grey in his hair it makes him seem more like a immortal and worth the loss of the ancient vibe it provides in short great job. Ummmmmmm there is a requirement for 100 words for critiques but i'm at a loss um oh the master bolt i would have preferred as blue because Zeus and his children are often associated with electric blue but yellow energy makes more sense and oh look i have passed the limit so bye

facial proportions dont seem very right. the eye on zeus's left could be just a tiny bit lower. i think that maybe the mouth is a bit too low on the face. but otherwise, this is great! the body is drawn very well! i can only say you used magic to draw the hands. xD

i think you should do hypnos, or even one of the Egyptian gods or goddesses such as Isis, Horus, Osiris, or Set from Rick Riordan's Kane Chronicles.

Well they can't be because Hestia and Artemis for one are both young girls and Persephone is a Teenager most of the time. They change age at will or with power differences (see Poseidon's age when his power was down from an attack to his palace). Demeter is described as older and grandma-like looking or an older mother, Percy automatically saw that she was Persephone's mother so it kinda went "so she's like an older mom" in my head I guess.
