I will admit that I find this aspect of chivalry to be very sweet and romantic. It's also in character for Roy to be a gentleman as we've discussed before. Not to mention that it was expected back then.

I'm starting to become more open minded about chivalry in general, so yay. I do appreciate it when guys hold the door open for me on campus when I'm being my pack mule self and lugging around my backpack, purse, and food. I suppose I could push the door open with my foot, but it's nice to get a little help every once in a while if someone's around.

Anyway, I love this as usual. I get why you probably enjoy drawing Roy and Riza in winter attire. That seems like it'd be a lot of fun and they look great in it. I like how you drew the French lamp in the background too. It's pretty.
