An overall good Deviation, you should be proud.
The places that could use work are:
The neckline of the hoodie, (Its a little bit flat)
The Torso rotation, it gives an impression of being front facing though it shouldn't be (I'm Guessing)
The shading is very well done and really all you could do now is add a nice background that emphasizes your drawing.
