Description This is my 'Winged Woofy' pic from my other account in full colour.
I'm quite satisfied with this too.I was originally going to
do an industrial background but i decided in the
erupting volcano,a quicker and easier option for me

Smooth dude, real smooth.

The traditional medium really gives this piece an interesting sandpaper texture of sorts that adds a bit of cool quality to the overall composition. Combined with the awesome details and the lineless approach...dang, you just keep getting better and better. Slick anatomy and shading too...and the highlights and background. Just so much stuff I could mention, great stuff all around goin' on.

Keep it up!

Thanks Bowser, always means a lot when you comment
I learnt body shading like this requires at least 10 layers of marker pen! It's a case going over it in places
until i get the desired shade effect, using 5 different shades of grey+a black marker.

You upto anything mate?

Sure thing dude, it's all good.

And boy, you sure get the goods down in an impressive way. It's really great that you're able to expand upon your talent and even include layers, which is crazy yet commendable.

And no, not really as of late. If you mean stuff art-wise, yeah, nothing except the few random Muro doodles I've been scribbling on my dA page.

A doodles a doodle,mate,keep going!
'Layers' sounds odd in traditional art but i
have much more success in it ...unlike Photoshop layers!

Heh, I guess though I'm not a fan of Muro by any means.

But yeah, I do understand what you mean. They are necessary, to get as detailed as you do.

The regular version of Muro is better than the one used on the comments section; it gives you more options like layers and such.

Yeah i noticed that with the pic you did for*super-tuler
The journal version's good just for quick simple doodles.

Very true, yeah. Just be careful not to right click the drawing before submitting it, or else you'll get a crudtastic glitched up doodle like my drawing of Larvitar on my page...with the boxes and rectangles causing permanent imprints in it.

Very interesting. The detail on the body and the wings is great. Even the color and the shading is pretty awesome. But I think you lost some of the momentum with the background. I don't think whats in the foreground really matches. If you would have placed him in something post-modern, but not sci-fi, like a junkyard or a rusting steel yard, I think it would be more appealing. But that's just my opinion. Great work, either way!

Thanks
Unfortunately, backgrounds arn't my strong point and i often loose
momentum in that area.I nearly did an industrial background but
for that,i wanted it to be very detailed and wasn't
up to the challenge so i went for a more simple one.
