Looking between the two, there's a much better use of the the colors as highlights in the second version; also a better use of said colors as contrast. Very nice improvement = )
I was passing by and couldn't help but think of "Uzumaki: Curse of the Spiral" when I see this picture, haha~ It's an interesting read if you like manga and horror/suspense stuff.
