I used Elements to do the lineart and the flat colors, but mixed, blurred and smudged them using gimp (I usually use gimp for coloring).

I always wanted to use the gimp, it being open source and everything. But I never found it *quite* good enough *shrugs* -if work like this can come out at the end of it, what do I know

I use gimp under windows (and works ok, but iΒ΄m gonna try it under linux...) Have a look at my gallery most of itΒ΄s colored using gimp
