In my opinion, since this is a combination of two completely different shots and exposures, it is now a manipulation, but it is very effective.

Since it is done in camera, I'd say it's not a "real" photomanipulation like one would do with a computer or in a darkroom.
Karol knows how to use his tools, so I congratulate him!

yes, I'm just not sure how it works - do you shoot whatever you want and combine it later in camera, or do you have to set it in mulitple exposure mode first and then shoot (like you'd do with film). either way, it's a nice feature
