This is one of my favourite Avatar OCs.

Hakaru
hair colour: black
skin colour: light
eye colour: green
She's 17 years old and the daughter of Sokka and Toph.

She doesn't like living with her family.
When Toph heared that her first daughter is an earthbender, she was so happy that she gave her headband to Hakaru. But she never liked weapons and fightings, leave alone Earthbending. She rather cares for her good lookings.

But the true reason why she doesn't want to Earthbend is that she doesn't want to disappoint her mother, whom she secretly adores and admires because of her self confidence and her strength despite her blindness.
That's why she's wearing her mother's headband so proudly nevertheless.

But since she never would admit all this, neither Sokka nor Toph can understand her. Above all, her one year younger sister Yuno doesn't like Hakaru's behaviour, which often leads into fights between the sisters.

I've seen so many blind, kickass, earthbender Toph-children already, I thought it was time for a change
