Damn that armory door glitch!! This is what happened to me and my boyfriend just recently
Now we cant finish the quest and get the achievement for completing all quests! Stupid door T.T

If you did the drop-in glitch, get someone to join your game and fast travel to another area... Thats really all I can think of.... OR! Join their game and pass a checkpoint, and then you should be there on your next time starting the game. Hope it helps.

That happened to me too. I was on my friends game and I was lagging really badly, but I just got so angry and just sprinted at the door and went right through it. It was opened for him but not for me o_O

Get yourselves Willowtree and edit your save game, delete your armory mission, alas this is the only way to "de-bug" the doors.
Although there IS a route inside the armory that prevents it from bugging and making it repeatable (after you take advantage of the original "drop-in" glitch)

so I see you have Xbox360, I think there's a way to still fix your savegames with willowtree, don't ask me how though, just search around for willowtree tutorials.

haha yeah I was trying to figure out how to with willowtree recently since xbox started using flashdrives for memory devices, but alas I couldnt open up the files in willowtree! *tear*

Something like that happened to me. I was in the "secret floor room" And I accidentally walked into the rocket room. 8T Steal loot was crossed off and now I cant finish...
Sad thing is I go into that room ALL the time! (all you gotta do is save, beat Knoxx again and go back into the building) But if Steal Loot is checked, I think you cant no more!

This happened to us too D:
We farmed it like, nine times, then finally did it properly, and then when it came time for the second official go-around I walked through the elevator room and set off the glitch ._.
Our reactions were pretty much the same, except I had a sobbing Brick at my side instead of Mordecai XD

no official fix yet but there are ways to fix it on pc and ps3. I have an xbox360 though T.T
