My roommate was playing Skies of Arcadia recently, and it got me in the mood to do some fan art. Oh my goodness. I never do that. ^_^*But anyway, these are two characters from Skies - Gilder and Clara. Basically, Clara is infatuated with Gilder - and well, as you can see, he's not too pleased with that. Despite the fact that yes, they do make a rather adorable couple.
I always imagined Clara saying something like "I want to have your babies!" as she chases him. Especially in this picture.
My personal favorite part? I think it's Clara's hand, because of the foreshortening. I hadn't really thought about it.

So cute! I LOVE SoA; Gilder and Clara rock! You did a very nice colouring job and the cel shading is great. I think Gilder's hair is more brown than blonde, but he's adorable either way; his expression is brilliant! I also feel like you might want to put a shadow under them so they don't look like they're floating or anything. I really love how you did both of their expressions ^_^. Really cute, awesome piece

With his expression, it dosn't look like its her at all that he's concerned with, it looks like he's more troubled with finding a bathroom.
