i love that first panel! this reminds me of GhostInTheShell with that ethereal soft-focus slightly over-exposed white glow effect. i'm such a sucker 4 that.

I really like that the bangs remain flat against her forehead, but her hair seems to fall all around her in the first piece. Her face, too, kind of turning her head; it really gives off a disoriented, floaty, dreamy feeling.
