heyo Qwq so i went the rewatch Houseki no Kuni and i fell in love with it again. And i wanted to draw my ocs so badly becuz of it, sorry if its not your cup of tea. But i hope you like it..
I just realized how copicmarkers looks way better without those messy lineart. I should practice more with it then >w<

Houseki no Kuni is really really a great anime and it deserves more love! And who would’ve thought the main protagonist was so so relatedable..especially of what i’m currently facing pfft enough of that, i wanna introduce them to you guys!

-Short description: Pearl is one of the weakest gems in the trio, becuz of that they couldnt participate battling against the Lunarians or Moon People. But they tried their best in helping around the place like tending the jellyfish pool as well as helping Rutile with the broken gems. Loves Citrine very much but tends to keep it to themselves. Presumably shy and innocent. Was then partnered with Citrine when Aventurine was taken by the Lunarians.

-Mineral Class: Quartz
-Short Description: Citrine at first could be seen as a happy-go-lucky type of person, a bit clumsy sometimes but they’re one of the few strong gems that participate in battling the Lunarians. They’re really upbeat and adores the older gem -Yellow Diamond so much. Would always get in trouble with Sensei for running and fight the Lunarians alone. Initially was partnered with Aventurine but now with Pearl. After the loss of Aventurine, Citrine wouldnt stop blaming themselves for the cause of it and constantly reminding themselves that being strong doesnt always help protecting their love ones.

-Crystal System: Hexagonal Crystal System
-Mohs Scale: 6.5-7
-Mineral Class: Chalcedony
-Short Description: Aventurine is quiet and observant gem. They usually would just follow Jade’s order without much complaint. A bit weaker than Citrine but still can kick-ass, and the one usually ended up saving Citrine. Sadly, was taken by the Lunarians after sacrificing themselves to save Citrine. Sometimes likes to listen to Alexandrite explain about the Lunarians. Was really adored by Citrine too. A Tsundere.
