My newest kitten - Buffy. She's a black Tabby, and a total sweetheart.Watching and chasing my fingers as they type this out on the keyboard.

Blacker blacks and whiter whites - I understand. and I agree, it's pretty soft. I kind of like the messiness of it at first glance though -- theres so much 'scattered' darks and lights that i like the a-typical desaturation

This "softness" makes me think about a kind of "solarization", like Man-Ray used to.

Awww...I also recently got a little black tabby. A black and white kitten too. They're both asleep next to me right now. Kittens are sooooo CUTE.

Ahh this one is a little pest in the mornings.. she curls up right under my neck and wont shut up. I hae to set my alarm 15 minutes earlier now so I can pet her in the morning haha!!

LOL They like their attention, that's for sure! Mine has recently started nipping my hand/arm until I pet her if she notices me awake in the middle of the night. She's pretty docile in the mornings. Oh, the idiosyncrasies of kittens!
