Description
I used to have a thing for sketching people and/or characters as stitched up, doll-like people. I started drawing someone else(just a random person) for this picture, but it turned into Rapunzel. This is just a sketch that isn't very detailed, but has meaning to me. The beginning song from Tangled is one that I feel really relates to me. I often just feel like I'm waiting on a shelf with a fake smile, living, but never really feeling alive or like my "real" life has started yet. I've been depressed for many months now, and I was told by an old therapist to use art as a release and draw what I feel, not caring about how crappy it looks. But, lol, yeah, that's my reason for drawing such a simple, lame-looking piece.
