He did this to him In the previous battle. He feels that Dib had severe pain and cries of pain. So take him to the hospital. both of his legs are broken. One of his legs was severe damage. doctor also told him that it should be discontinued. But he still cant accept this. Zim gives him his pills While he concerned for dib. Zim feels any movement can to harm him again
