Roughly inspired by the music scene from Ghost in the Shell. I always wondered about the underwater part. Under all that city stuff. Initially scribbled this into my sketchbook last year. The lineart is realized on 2 A4 papers with Micron Sakura liners.New layer management implemented here ! With masks and stuff.
