Description Deidara was never the chivalrous type, but things were always different around Eri, but he couldn't quite pinpoint why. . .

I finally finished my entry for 's contest! I'm so sorry for taking so long, but I hope you like the finished result.

I drew the sketch a loooong time ago, around the time that the contest was announced. So, there are some things that I wished I could've fixed, but I didn't have the time or energy to redo the drawing. I'm really satisfied with the coloring and the background, though.

Just as an update, I haven't been active or drawing for a while now because I'm currently trying to reorganize my life, in a sense. A lot has happened rather recently, and it's really hard to get my self esteem and self worth back to where it was earlier. I'm not going to be on dA so much for the time being (not that I've been on lately, anyway), but I promise that the next OIAI page will be the first thing I work on when I get my life back on track.

I have to say, from all the entries (maybe including mine) this is my favourite!! I love the way you did the rain, the background and DeidaraΒ΄s expression. I think this is one of the most IC (in character) Deidara I have seen so far on this contest, and the description you added in your comments just made this cuter. n_n
I will add this one to my favourites. And I hope you get a good place on the contest, and that you cheer up a little n.n family and personal problems can be solved so donΒ΄t worry. An artist must follow his/her path!
