My newest costume, Ada Wong from the videogame Resident Evil 4. I've loved Ada in this dress since I saw her doing cartwheels in high heels.

Anyway, this costume wasn't that hard to make, only very time consuming. The stretchy fabric I chose made it easier since I didn't have to add any zippers or anything to close it up. And yes, I was feeling a bit self conscious with that huge slit. XD

The butterflies and the flowers (that I'll show in another photo) were all hand-embroidered, which took me the longest time to finish. I coloured the insides (still not finished though).

The shoes were a nightmare to find, since it seems that simple black heels are a rarity nowadays. I'm not a big fan of pointy shoes, but since these were the most simple ones I could find, I bought them. I then added the straps.

The gun is a simple plastic gun that I painted black. I had the laser thingy she has to attach, but then the gun would be too heavy to put on the holster. Which, by the way, was my first holster, completely freehanded. Not too shabby.

I already had the short wig, I just need to fix it next time I wear Ada.

Overall, I'm really happy with this. Makes me feel killer sexy. XD
