Very pretty How do you get the marble effect on the base coat? It's so shiny and swirrlyyy

Thank you! I use a very soft largish brush to gently brush on the metallics. It's actually a make-up blush - just a cheapy one, by e.l.f., but works really well to attain that subtle swirly-metallic effect.
