Huh, is this based around the Pokemon?

MissingNo is a very rare glitch pokemon. It'll appear rarely as a big blurry glitch mark.

Given the amount of typos or ignorance that goes around the Internet, I can why you'd feel the need to expound.
MissingNo. Can show up as a skeleton of Kabutops, or Arodactal, but most instances are either a large square of glitches pixels, or an array of pixels slightly in the shape of New Hampshire. Other than being able to learn Water Gun (twice) and Sky Attack without TMs there is a lot left to the imagination, I was just wondering if the artist had based this concept on a personal encounter, maybe with the MissingNo. That holds a pokedex slot for the Ghost figure in Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town?
Personally I had just presumed the glitched Pokemon had intended to be bipedal, from their icon when captured, and when Ditto sometimes copies them.

I always thought of it to be winged. After all, not many notice it's typing in the Pokedex or when they capture it that it's the "Bird" type.

I could see that, 'Sky Attack' and all.
... Then again the series has gone on to give Diglets Ariel Ace, because...
Nevermind your our idea does make sense, Gamefreak just uses Diglet to mess with people.

Wait, they did? Just like in a PMD game where a Digglet says "My FEET feel like they were in the air.", well, along those lines.
