Slända Haré [Sleen'dá Haaré] (Stupid dA titles..)
(Slända is a swedish word and means both dragonfly & distaff..)
He is a fabulous gentleman, half Swedish and half German.
He's grown up in Sweden though and speaks, Swedish, English and some horribly fail german.

He is the only son of a rich man with simple taste.
When he was young he wanted to become a banker just like his father,
however he's been seeing and talking to things that others weren't able to see and
soon he started to break things when touching them, letting out a bright light from his hands.
He wasn't new to the supernatural. His grandfather used to babble on and about him once having great powers.
Even as a child, Slända would just roll his eyes though smile and nod.

Unimpressed but convinced something fishy was going on,
he decided to met up with the strange old man, living in his town,
in an old house that looked ready to fall over anytime.
He was said to me married to a witch and was an outcast.
Slända thought that if it was true or that he wasn't truly crazy,
he'd be able to help him with his "problems" or at least tell him more about it...

The old man lived on his own, after his wife passed away and their own son leaving home,
it had been quite lonely for him. He was happy to get a visitor and welcomed Slända with open arms.
He told him that not only had his wife been a beautiful and strong-willed woman,
but she had indeed been a witch. The kind sort, he quickly added...

Slända was not used to be in such a poor enviroment,
and to see how much the old man had to work to make a living, made him feel guitly.
He started to spend more time with the old man, helping him out with things he couldn't do himself anymore.
Such as repairing his roof and he also lend him money to replace his broken windows.

The man never grew tired of telling the same stories his wife had told from her journeys.
And Slända, being much more interested now, listened with a wide smile on his face.
One day he told of a school that the kind old witch had heard about before she died.
A school that taught people things that normal humans couldn't do.
A school for freaks?.. Perferct It was a school for Slända.

Inspired by the old man to do things himself instead of relying on servants, and
determined to master his own powers (mainly to stop breaking things in his house)
Slända set out to find the school.

Personality:
Slända is a natural charmer and knows how to treat the ladies. and men
He is prettyVery full of and thinks highly of himself.
Even though his magic isn't very good yet...
He loves beauty and affection. He never let's it go too far though and is a well-mannered young man.

When not swooning and preening around, he keeps to himself.
He loves reading and music. According to himself he is an instrument God!
His main being the violin.

He is a spoiled and self-centered man trying to become more friendly to others.
He's taking interest in other people's problems and will try to help them in his own ways.
Slända cares a lot about his friends but isn't the best in the world to make new ones though he tries!

Talents:
He's mainly been training his spells and charms.
He is able to use magic for smaller things such as making things hover in midair.
He is currently trying to get better with transfigurations.
(Not on himself but inactive objects)

The school emblem is on his back.
