Personality: Although he is a leader he isn't very serious about his job. He is always fooling around and flying around the districts on his jet propelled skateboard. He is also a big UKE, since he looks 19, he takes advantage of that. He ca sometime be serious. When hes training or at battle with the Evil side. He also has a split personailty causing him to go from goody goody uke to a harsh evil.....seme? xD

History: He was originally part of the Evil side and would be next in line to rule as the leader of the Bad Side. He was never evil, But due to his father's harsh treatment he developed an evil side (a split personality) which would come out anytime he was really angered. He left before he could become Leader and left to the Good side with his Uncle where he would soon become the Leader. His father was killed a year later and Zenka became the leader because of her father's royalty and loyalness. Ever since he was little he's been rivals with the Bad Side leader, Zenka. Which is why they are always in battle now. He is also very good friends with the Neutral Arcobaleno District commander, Fusokufuri.

Additional Info:
He's had his skate board forever. And the scariest thing is that his skate board talks (I mean c'mon its the future). Its one of his best friends.

He has a scope on his eye to see things miles away from him so that he can prepare for attacks.

He has a robotic arm because he lost his real one in battle once. (he plans to take off Zenka's arm in revenge.)
He wears metal on his chest area because he is afraid of ever getting shot (which is how his father died)

His Weapon is a blade that turns into a sythe.
