I think it would look better without the leg warmers and hat. Both of them look very cheap and stick out oddly in comparison to the rest of the rather dark-coloured outfit. For shoes, since you are going to be at a concert, I would find some comfortable boots that aren't too fancy shmancy (for example, some combats from the thrift store).
