You should! I personally use Clip Studio Paint, but I've used Photoshop elements before as well as gimp! Also, I'm sure you can do it on something as simple as MS paint too c: <3

Oh neat! I use to us PS when I had the subscription. I'll check out how well Clip does pixel art.
