Catching up with photoshoots.This gorgeous girl is a DIM Flora. She's beautiful~ and is probably the first BJD I fell in love with. I'm so lucky to get my dream girl home.
She's been put on a DOD body for posibility because DIM bodies are horribly constructed.

What sort of problems have you had with the DIM body? I really love their sculpt Jullian, but maybe its better just to get the head and another company's body?

The pieces don't really fit together too well, and the knee joints can't support the weight so they just buckle as they don't 'lock' into place. The locked position means the knee is bent backwards rather unnaturally! Her torso join also has a gap where the pieces don't come together properly, and it's quite difficult to get her to sit up. Actually, even when she does sit up she tends to slouch forwards quite badly.
I've tried restringing and hot glue sueding but it doesn't help much.
I'd definitely recommend getting a body from a different company. They're gorgeous faces, but the bodies just aren't useful at all.

Luts bodies are nice. Of course it depends on resin match too.
Although I love my little one, I really do prefer the size of the bigger dolls. They're just the right size for me because I have arthritis in my hands so it's difficult to hold little dolls. I can't count the number of times my two little dolls get dropped!
