Here is the 'Secondary Team' of the ARK Teams, Rainy the Hedgefox, Ricky the Echidox, and Victor the Hedgebat. ARK Team means Artificial Regulation Keepers Team. They were part of the group who were the 'hand' of Rakirus, enforcing his laws and rule, getting rid of those who rebelled against his ideals, and (eventually) his own demise... Rainy, Ricky, and Victor held a slightly lower status that the Leader Team. They handled the more 'simpler' missions than Angel and her team. They handled the more common problems and issues. The background is what they are mostly dealing with. They get out in the city and 'convert' the people, and if they refuse....they 'handle' the situation.
