My rules are follows-1) Give me credit for the original base, or link back to it, or whatever.
2) Don't Steal it
3) Changing gender's fine, changing skin colors fine, eye color, expression, yadda yadda >.<
4) please give me a link to the edited base when you use it ^_~
5) Link back to the base, not just me. Be kind to those who want to find it!
6) Save as a .PNG, .BMP or .GIF

Oh I'm sorry! I uh, kinda switched to drawing my own art, so when I did I cleaned out most of my base used art.
