This looks just like that scene from the City Hunter manga story "The Naked-Foot Actress".
The actress whom Saeba-san is hired to protect takes all her clothes off and runs into the water at the beach. She's recreating a scene from one of her movies to test if he's familiar enough with her work to know which movie and scene.

That's probably Saeko with the bikini malfunction, and Ryo's gonna get his ass kicked by her or by his assistant Kaori. I've watched this series several times over and even have a hand-made episode guide in a spiral notebook. CIty Hunter is an underappreciated gem of old-school anime. Yes, the plots were basically the same, a lot like The A-Team: if you have a problem, and no one else can help, and if you can find him, then maybe you can hire City Hunter (or just be a hot chick and he'll eventually find you). Nice work.

City Hunter is quite old but it has great music and his main character Ryo is so funny and charismatic at the same time 
And thanks for the comment on my pic ^_^ But i'm not good either at making backgrounds, i think this one looks a bit un-natural (<-not sure this word exists^^). I don't like how the waves turned out -_-

Indeed - City Hunter is old, but I still love this Anime. It has a flare not much animes have for me and when I watch City Hunter I feel younger - ahhh those were the days...
Anyway: O.K., the water looks a little unrealisti, but I'm jealous about the clouds. Overall I totally suck at doing Backgrounds (I know nobody who is worser with it - seriously...) so me still like it *nod*

Me too it makes me nostalgic to re-watch this anime. I loved Saint Seiya too, it has some of the best BGMs i have ever heard^^
And about the BGs i'm sure you can do some great ones too. I'm pretty sure you just need a little training to reveal your talent in making BGs
