Description
This is the original version of Arcs , before the project was ported to Rainmeter. It was last updated in August of 2008.The next update to Enigma will come in January 2011, coinciding with the release of Rainmeter 1.4. As part of the upgrade, I am removing the "special features" in order to slim down the package and make it compatible with Rainmeter's new automated skin installer. Instead, I am making the individual components available here on deviantArt.
Please note that I will not be providing any technical support for this config. I consider it a retired project and take no responsibility for its future performance.

I modified this to have a sweep seconds hand and a 24 hour indicator and it looks like a HUD crosshair.

Certainly. It's on a Creative Commons license, so as long as you follow the conditions (attribution, noncommercial, share-alike), you can do whatever you want with it.
