Lol, it's Tara from PANIC☆ch/パニックちゃんねる/Panic Channel. xD Except it's PANIC☆ch here. Can you tell it's him? =33

The reference picture is here --> [link] I didn't do the stripes on his jacket because they didn't look good. ><; And I messed up on some of the shading, but blah.

I had to do this picture over three times. First time, I drew it on paper and planned to color it with pencil crayons, but then it got oil stains all over it because I was eating lunch at the same time. >>; Second time same thing. So I decided, "What the hell, just do it on the computer - that can't get oil stains." Lol, so I did.

This is old news, but as everybody knows, Tara left the band because of his medication condition. He officially left on July 10th, which also happened to be my birthday. When I finished this picture, I wanted to submit it to Project: LOVE LETTER that Wakana started, but then I realized that the deadline was July 1st. ><;

Lol, the tie took a long time. xD
